– More on the installation: “The project, “The ‘H’ in Harlem,” is being put together by the West Harlem Art Fund and Bentley Meeker, a lighting designer, who hopes it will become an entry point to the so-called Main Street of Black America. ‘The purpose is to create a singular attraction for the far west waterfront,’ said Meeker in a statement. The “H” will be made from LED lights, steel, and copper cable.”
